Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules.
- Promotion only open to UK customers of WaverleyTBS aged 18 years and over. Customers will be required to enrol in the Total Point Scheme if they are not already enrolled.
- Employees of WTBS customers may only participate with consent of their employer.
- The names of all qualifying customers attending the specified wine tasting on this leaflet will automatically be entered into the free prize draw for that tasting session. Only one entry per outlet.
- Draw to be made 10 days after the date of the event specified on this leaflet. Winner will be first name drawn at random from all qualifying entries for that tasting session by an independent judge. Judge’s decision is final.
- Winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
- Prize to consist of amount of Total Points specified in this leaflet. Points can be redeemed against items in the Total Point gift catalogue quoting the relevant gift catalogue reference number(s). Gifts can only be redeemed using the relevant amount of points set out in the gift catalogue (catalogue terms and conditions apply). - The promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative in whole or in part.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
- The name and county of the prize winners will be available to those enclosing an SAE and applying to the communication address in an envelope marked Claire Mowat, Tasting Total Points, WaverleyTBS, 2-4 Broadway Park, South Gyle Broadway, Edinburgh, EH12 9JZ 30 days after draw date.
